Toyota Recalls for Accelerator Pedals Malfunction

Toyota is voluntarily recalling more than two million vehicles due to an accelerator malfunction causing it to stick to the floor. But how to avoid this problem and prevent a devastating accident?

Update: Toyota Recall Fix Not Working. Unintended acceleration is still reported after Toyota recall repairs.
Officials from Toyota are still remaining relatively silent following one of the largest recalls in automotive history.
