Auto News (11/13/09)

Concerned over excess capacity in the country, the Chinese government laid out ambitious plans to increase automotive exports. It is also considering offering subsidies to consumers who want to buy BYDs F3DM plug-in hybrid. General Motors unveils the new Buick Regal and we take a look at the new 2010 Nissan 370Z Roadster.

The new Regal arrives in the second quarter of 2010, with its sights aimed squarely on competitors like the Acura TSX and Volvo S60. It has a longer wheelbase and greater trunk volume than those vehicles, along with standard features including a six-speed automatic transmission, 18-inch wheels and OnStar that arent offered standard on either competitor.
